11 CORRECTION OF OBVIOUS ERRORS IN PUBLICATION

Dear Ms. Lind:

 

Pursuant to Section 56 (1) of the Administrative Procedures Act of 1969, I am requesting an edit of an obvious error in Administrative Rule 330.7001 at paragraph (c) which currently states: “ ‘Abuse class III’ means verbal abuse as defined in paragraph (z) of this subdivision.” The Rule ends with paragraph

(y) and no paragraph (z) exists.
