R 408.19202 Hazard communication; adoption by reference; availability.
Rule 9202. (1) The federal occupational safety and health administration’s regulations on hazard communication that have been promulgated by the United States department of labor and codified at 29
C.F.R. §1910.1200, revised as of May 25, 2012
February 9, 1994, are adopted by reference in these rules as of the effective date of these rules.(2) The adopted federal regulations shall have the same force and effect as a rule promulgated under

Rule 9203. (1) The federal occupational safety and health administration’s regulations on retention of department of transportation markings, placards, and labels that have been promulgated by the United States department of labor and codified 29 C.F.R. §§1910.1201 and 1928.21 and which were published in the Federal Register on June 20, 1996 and March 7, 1996, respectively
July 19, 1994, are adopted by reference in these rules as of the effective date of these rules.(2) The adopted federal regulations shall have the same force and effect as a rule promulgated under
