Mich. Const. Art. IV, §33 provides: “Every bill passed by the legisl ature shall be presented to the governor before it becom es law, and the governor shall have 14 days m easured in hours and m inu tes from the tim e of presentati on in wh ich to con sider it . If he appr oves, he shall within that tim e sign and fil e it with the secretary of stat e and it shall becom e law . . . If he d oes not appr ove, and the legisl ature has within that tim e finally adjourned the session at wh ich the bill was passed, it shall not becom e law. If he disappr oves . . . he shall return it within such 14-day period with his objecti ons, to the house in wh ich it originated.”
Mich. Const. Art. IV, §27, further provides: “No act shall take effect un til the expirati on of 90 days from the end of the session at wh ich it was passed, but the legisl ature m ay give imm ediat e effect to acts by a tw o-th irds vote of the m em bers elected to and serving in each house.”
MCL 24.208 stat es in part :
“S ec. 8. (1) Th e offi ce of regulat ory reform shall publish the Michigan register at least on ce each m onth. Th e Michigan register shall con tain all of the following:

(b) On a cum ulativ e basis , the nu m bers and subject m att er of the enrolled senate and house bills signed into law by the governor du ring the calend ar year and the corresp ond ing public act nu m bers.
(c) On a cum ulativ e basis , the nu m bers and subject m att er of the enrolled senate and house bills vetoed by the governor du ring the calend ar year.”
