ORR # 2002-028 DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will conduct a public hearing on proposed changes to the administrative rule governing the marking of nets used for commercial fishing. The proposed rules have been assigned ORR #2002-028 NR.
The public hearings will be held on December 9, 2002, at 7:00 PM at the Holiday Inn, 2650 South Business Loop I-75, Grayling, Michigan.
The proposed rules are available for inspection at the Office of Regulatory Reform’s web site, www.michigan.gov/orr. Copies of the proposed rules may also be obtained by contacting:

All interested persons are invited to attend and present their views. It is requested that all statements be submitted in writing for the hearing record.
