Mich. Const. Art. IV, §27, further provides: “No act shall take effect until the expiration of 90 days from the end of the session at which it was passed, but the legislature may give immediate effect to acts by a two-thirds vote of the members elected to and serving in each house.”
MCL 24.208 states in part:
“Sec. 8. (1) The State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules shall publish the Michigan register at least once each month. The Michigan register shall contain all of the following:

(b) On a cumulative basis, the numbers and subject matter of the enrolled senate and house bills signed into law by the governor during the calendar year and the corresponding public act numbers.
(c) On a cumulative basis, the numbers and subject matter of the enrolled senate and house bills vetoed by the governor during the calendar year.”
