LOCAL SNOWMOBILE/OFF-ROAD VEHICLE CONTROL

These rules become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State unless adopted under sections 33, 44, or 45a(6) of 1969 PA 306. Rules adopted under these sections become effective 7 days after filing with the Secretary of State.

R 257.1603 of the Michigan Administrative Code is added as follows:
R 257.1603 Kawkawlin River; snowmobile and off-road vehicle speed restriction.
Rule 3. On the frozen surfaces of the Kawkawlin River, section 5, T14N, R5E; Bangor Township, Bay County, a person shall not operate a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle at a speed greater than 45 miles per hour.
