Seed Potato Certification (Reg. # 628) (ORR # 2000-089) was erroneously published in Michigan Register 2002, MR 7 under the heading “Proposed Rules.” The rules should have been published under the heading “Administrative Rules filled with the Secretary of State.” The rules were filed with the Secretary of State on April 25, 2002.
