R 408.44501 et seq., pursuant to Administrative Procedures Act, Section 56(1), MCL 28.256
Construction Safety Standard Part 45. Fall Protection, filed September 3, 1996
The Department of Consumer & Industry Services, Bureau of Safety & Regulation, as promulgating agency, is writing to request that the Office of Regulatory Reform exercise its discretion to correct an obvious error in the Michigan Administrative Code, pursuant to Administrative Procedures Act, Section 56(1), MCL 28.256.
The error is contained in rule set R 408.44501 et seq. titled Part 45. Fall Protection. This rule as viewed on the Office of Regulatory Reform's website has an error in the title. The title erroneously states Part
42. as the part number. It should read as Part 45.
Currently reads: Part 42. Fall Protection Should read: Part 45. Fall Protection
