  • All of the following standards are adopted by reference in these rules. Copies are available for inspection at the Lansing office of the Department of Environmental Quality, may be obtained from the Department  of  Environmental Quality, P.O. Box 30273, Lansing, Michigan 48909-7773, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of 5 cents per page  and  a labor rate of $20.18 per hour, or may be otherwise obtained as indicated:

    (a)         "Guidelines  Establishing   Test  Procedures  for   Analysis  of     Pollutants,"  40
