Section 323.1221. Adoption of standards by reference.

All of the following standards are adopted  by  reference in these rules, are available for inspection at the Lansing Office of the Department of Environmental Quality, and may be obtained as indicated:

(a)         "EPA Priority Pollutants and Hazardous Substances," 40 C.F.R. §122.21, Appendix D (2000).
