Rule 651. A person responsible for the operation of a degreaser subject to the provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart T, §§63.460 to 63.469 (2000), the halogenated solvent cleaning national emission standard for hazardous air pollutants, shall comply with the provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart T, §§63.460 to 63.469 (2000). The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart T, §§63.460 to 63.469 (2000), are adopted by reference in these rules and are available for inspection and purchase at the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division,
