An organization providing an apprenticeship program to its employees working in the profession of boiler operator and stationary engineer that has been certified by the U.S. department of labor, office of apprenticeships, may request approval of the program from the board. The organization shall submit documentation that details the scope of the program and certification from the U.S. department of labor, office of apprenticeships.
