Section 560.127. County drain commissioner's certificate.

 (1)  The purpose of this rule  is   to  prescribe   the  form  and content of the certificate on the plat required by the act.

(2)     The surveyor shall affix on the plat and the county drain commissioner shall use the certificate which follows and it shall contain the following:

(a)    ) Date of approval.

(b)     Name of county in which the subdivision is located and in  respect  to which the commissioner has jurisdiction over drains and drainage.

(c)     Signature of the drain commissioner immediately above the printed name.

(d)    Date certificate is signed by the drain commissioner.

COUNTY DRAIN COMMISSIONER’S CERTIFICATE

Approved on               (a)                 as complying with 1967 PA 288, MCL 560.192  and the applicable rules and regulations published by my office in the County of                     (b)               .

                          (c)                                     (d)               (Printed name), drain commissioner or

title of authorized official where there is no drain commissioner
