Section 560.130. Register of deeds' recording certificate.

  •  (1)  The purpose of this rule  is   to  prescribe   the  form  and content of the recording certificate  on the plat  as required by the act.

    (2)      The surveyor shall affix on the plat the certificate which follows and it shall contain blanks for all of the following:

    (a)     Name of county.

    (b)     Day, month, and year plat was recorded.

    (c)     Time of recording.

    (d)    Liber and page or document number where the plat is to be found.

    (e)     ) Signature of the register of deeds.

    (3)     The register of deeds upon receipt of the plat shall complete and sign the form.
