The comptroller division performs the major   staff functions incident to obtaining, administratively controlling, and accounting for state funds needed to provide resources for the department and assists in the overall management of people, materiel, resources, and facilities. The primary sections within   the comptroller division are as follows:

(a)   Administrative services.

(b)   Engineering and facilities.

(c)   Fiscal and procurement.

(d) Management services.
