  • (1) When necessary, the chairperson of the commission shall call an adjudicative session for the purpose of transacting any business described in R 123.21 under the conditions prescribed in R 123.22 and R 123.23. When possible, the sessions shall be attended by all state members serving and by the county members appointed to sit on the commission.

    (2)      A quorum of the commission shall consist of at least 3 members, at least 2 of whom shall be state members. Regardless of the number of commissioners present, at least 3 concurring votes are required to take any adjudicative action.
