  • At an adjudicative session, a concurring vote of at least 3 commissioners is required to take action. The votes of each commissioner shall be noted in the commission’s record. The chairperson shall be a voting member of the commission on all matters. A member of the commission who has a conflict of interest, financial or otherwise, in a docket before the commission shall disclose the interest before the commission takes action on the docket. The disclosures shall be a matter of record in its official proceedings.
