Testimony or comments, or both, presented by a member of the public during a commission meeting shall be limited to 10 minutes for an individual representing an organization and limited to 6 minutes for an individual not representing an organization. The individual presiding over the meeting may grant 10 additional minutes to anyone. Additional comments may be submitted to the commission in writing.
