The executive director may waive a requirement in these rules which is not specifically required by statute upon notification by an applicant that the enforcement of the rule will negate the applicant's opportunity to obtain a loan or other assistance from the authority and when the failure to meet the requirement was caused by the provision of inaccurate information by a financial institution participating in one of the authority programs.
