The owner and manager of a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall routinely inspect the park to observe any possible evidence of an insect or rodent infestation. When such evidence is found, measures compatible with proper pest control practice shall be taken to reduce the infestation to a level where insects or rodents no longer exert an adverse affect on the health and well-being of park residents.
