Improved hard surface driveways shall be provided on the site where necessary for convenient access to service entrances of buildings; to delivery and collection points for fuel, refuse, and other materials; and elsewhere as needed. The minimum width shall be 10 feet. The entrance shall have the flare or radii, and horizontal alignment for safe and convenient ingress and egress.
