Section 14.209. Enforcement and administration of act and rules.

(1) The act and rules shall be enforced and administered by the department of attorney general, consumer protection division, or such other division of the department as from time to time is designated by the attorney general.

(2) The consumer protection division is located at the Law Building, Lansing, Michigan 48913.
