On the frozen surfaces of the Kawkawlin River, sections 5 and 6, T14N, R5E; and sections 32 and 33, T15N, R5E; Bangor Township, Bay County, a person shall not operate a snowmobile or an off road vehicle at a speed greater than 45 miles per hour.
