A certified mechanic shall display, in a conspicuous location in the place of business, a current and valid certificate issued by the administrator. A certified mechanic who works on, inspects and approves, or supervises a repair, shall affix his name and certification number, as assigned by the administrator, to the written statement of repairs given the customer.
