Section 28.1455. Rule 455. Deposit of litter on streets prohibited; violation as misdemeanor.

(1) A person shall not, without the consent of the public authority having supervision of a street, deposit, place, dump, throw, or leave, or cause or permit the dumping, depositing, placing, throwing, or leaving of, any destructive or injurious material, any rubbish, refuse, waste
material, garbage, offal, paper, glass, cans, bottles, trash, or debris on any street.
(2) A person who throws or drops, or permits to be thrown or dropped, on a street any of the material or matter listed in subrule (1) of this rule shall immediately remove it or cause it to be removed.
(3) The violation of this rule is punishable as a misdemeanor.
