Section 281.1036. County restricted marine safety funds.

Using the county appropriation for the conduct of a marine safety program for the following calendar year the county treasurer or fiscal officer shall establish a restricted marine safety fund for such calendar year. Special account numbers and expenditure voucher retention procedures shall be as directed by the local audit division of the state department of treasury. Expenditures from the fund shall be made solely for the payroll and authorized expenditure costs of the marine safety program.
