Final clean-up shall consist of removing the temporary haul road across the stream; reshaping the stream as nearly as possible to its original configuration, width, depth and bottom material; protection of the stream banks as specified in R 281.837; and removing all construction material and debris from the crossing site, including any material and debris downstream from the site as a result of the pipeline construction.
