Section 281.842. Notification of pending applications.

The list prepared and mailed by the department under section 6(1) of the act shall include permit applications received during each week. The department shall mail the list monthly to each subscriber. The list shall include all of the following information:

(a)   Process number.

(b)   Applicant's name and address.

(c)   Watercourse.

(d) Location of proposal by town, range, and section.

(e)   Project description.
