In addition to the labeling requirements of Act No. 329 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, being S286.701 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws and Act No. 221 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended, being S286.71 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and the rules promulgated thereunder, if seed is found to meet the sod quality standards established in R 285.623.404, the seed kinds or kinds and varieties may

be labeled with the words "Michigan sod quality seed" by permanently attaching a tag to the container, as prescribed in R 285.623.402.
