Section 24.2 of chapter 24 of the code is deleted and section 24.1.1 of chapter 24 of the code is amended to read as follows:

24.1.1 Drycleaning plants shall comply with NFPA 32, standard for drycleaning plants, and this chapter as they relate to operation and maintenance.

24.2 Deleted.
