28.1.1 The operation of marinas, boatyards, yacht clubs, boat condominiums, docking facilities associated with residential condominiums, multiple-docking facilities at multiple-family residences, and all associated piers, docks, and floats shall comply with NFPA 303, fire protection standard for marinas and boatyards, and section 28.1 as they relate to operation and maintenance.
