  • Marketing service fees for marketing and bargaining services provided producers in the bargaining unit shall be based solely upon the cost incurred by the association in providing the services.  The  fees  shall not exceed 3% of the gross value of

    the commodity  at  time   of   sale    and shall not include costs  of  services  to  members that   do   not   benefit nonmembers.
