Section 322.27.2. Porcupine mountains wilderness area.

The following described area in the Porcupine mountains wilderness state park is rededicated as a wilderness area under the designation of the Porcupine mountains wilderness area: That part of section 4, lying E of a line 1/4 mile E'ly of the outside bends of the Presque Isle river, T49N, R45W. Entire sections 1, 2, 10, 11 & 12; that part of sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 21 & 24 lying N of a line 200 feet N'ly of the South Boundary road; that part of section 20 lying N of a line 200 feet N'ly of the South Boundary road and E of a line 1/4 mile E'ly of the outside bends of the Presque Isle river; that part of section 29 lying N of a line 200 feet N'ly of the South Boundary road and S of a line 200 feet S'ly of the South Boundary road and E of a line 1/4 mile E'ly of the outside bends of the Presque Isle river; that part of Sec. 32 lying E of a line 1/4 mile E'ly of the outside bends of the Presque Isle river; and section 33, S 1/2; including existing cabins and shelters as nonconforming uses; T50N, R45W, Wakefield township, Gogebic county. Total area in Gogebic county, 5,798.40 acres. Total wilderness area, Gogebic and Ontonagon counties combined, 40,808 acres, more or less.
