A person who feels aggrieved by any action taken pursuant to sections 3101 to 3119 of Act No. 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, as amended, being

§§324.3101 to 324.3119 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or these rules may request a hearing in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being §24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
