Copies of the local conservation district standards and specifications for soil erosion and sedimentation control, as referred to in R 323.1710, are available at each local conservation district office at a nominal cost. Copies of the department's standards are available from the surface water quality division's Lansing office. Department of transportation standards are available at the Lansing office for a fee. Information on other standards may be available from product manufacturers and the enforcing agencies.
