(1) A program shall designate at least 1 staff member to act as liaison with the city or single- or multi-county coordinating agency which is established or designated for that program by the administrator.
(2) A program shall submit reports to the designated coordinating agency which are required in order for the coordinating agency to fulfill its responsibilities under the act.
