  • A program shall have  an  operating  procedures   manual  which shall be clear  and  shall   accurately  reflect  program  activity.   The governing authority of the program shall annually review the updating of the operating procedures manual. The  operating   procedures   manual  shall contain all of the following:

    (a)   Intake procedure.

    (b)   Admission criteria.

    (c)   Discharge and termination criteria.

    (d)  Confidentiality procedures.

    (e)   Follow-up procedure after termination.

    (f)  Organizational structure.

    (g)   Incorporated status in the state of Michigan.

    (h)   Aftercare procedures.

    (i)   Recipient rights procedures.
