Section 325.14301. Construction; effective date.

(1) R 325.14302 to R 325.14306 shall not be construed to expand or diminish other remedies at law which are available to a recipient under the act or the statutory and common law of this state.

(2) This part shall take effect 120 days following the effective date of these rules.
