Residential programs which detoxify clients from alcohol or other drugs, but which are not designated as approved services programs, shall comply with all rules in subpart 2 of this part applicable to approved service programs with the exception of R 325.14921(2), R 325.14927(8), R 325.14927(9), and R 325.14927(12).
