There shall be documentation of an annual review, updating, and approval of all of the following by the governing body of the program:
(a) The triage process.
(b) Procedures for medical evaluation.
(c) Treatment protocol for incapacitated persons.
(d) The transportation plan.
(e) The plan for training staff and supportive personnel.
