Any dry cleaning establishment with adjacent occupancies within the same building or in other adjoining buildings shall be provided with an effective vapor seal to prevent infiltration of dry cleaning solvent vapors into the adjacent occupancies or buildings. Porous walls, partitions, and roof-to-partition wall areas shall be effectively sealed in a manner approved by the department.
