Section 325.20706. Facility evaluation reports.

When the department issues a facility evaluation report which cites 1 or more violations of section 21720a of the code or these rules, a copy of the facility evaluation report shall be sent to the licensee, together with a request to respond within 14 days. The licensee's response shall state that the violations cited in the facility evaluation report have been eliminated or corrected or shall state why the violations have not been eliminated or corrected. Failure to respond within 14 days shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement of the violations.
