The menu for regular and therapeutic or special diets for the current week shall be posted in the dietary department and either in the patient dining room or a public place as defined in R 325.20104. Changes shall be written on the planned menu to show the menu as actually served. The menu as actually served to patients for the preceding 3 months shall be kept on file in the home.
