Rule 1101. All of the following records shall be kept in the home and shall be available to the director or his or her authorized representative for review and copying if necessary:
(a) A current patient register.
(b) Contracts between the home and patients.
(c) Patient clinical records.
(d) Accident records and incident reports.
(e) Employee records and work schedules.
