Section 325.21505. Term of certification.

(1) The term of a certification shall be concurrent with the term of the facility's license and shall expire on the date shown on the face of the license, unless renewed or terminated in accordance with applicable law and rule.

(2) A complete application for renewal of certification shall be submitted annually in accordance with the code, these rules, the instructions of the department at the time of application, and applicable federal law and regulations.
