In addition to the definitions of the code, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being S24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and these rules, the following definition applies to this part: "Authorized representative" means the representative designated

pursuant to R 325.20204.
