Section 325.2491. Adoption of federal standards.

(1) Except as noted in R 325.2492,  the   safety  and  health standards of the occupational safety and health administration of the United States department of labor relative to the telecommunications industry, being section 268 of part 1910 of title 29 of the  Code   of Federal Regulations, are incorporated herein by reference. These standards may be inspected at the Lansing office of the department of public health, or may be purchased at a cost of 20 cents by ordering the March 26, 1975, volume 40, number 59, edition of the Federal Register  from  either  the Superintendent of Documents, Washington, D.C. 20402, or the area office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, 226 Bagley, Detroit, Michigan 48226. The standards may also be purchased at a cost of 20 cents from the Michigan Department of Public Health, 3500 North Martin  Luther King, Jr. Blvd., P.O. Box 30035, Lansing, Michigan 48909.
