(1) The United States (U.S.) Environmental Protection Agency's National Primary Drinking Water Regulations 40 C.F.R. Part 141 are adopted in these rules. The regulations are available from the U.S. Government Printing Office Website at: www.gpo.gov, at no cost as of the date of adoption of these rules.

(2)   The standards adopted in this rule are available for inspection at the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, MIOSHA Regulatory Services Section, 7150 Harris Drive, Lansing, Michigan, 48909-8143.
