Section 325.5002. Hearing procedure.

(1) Prior to the issuance of an order, the department shall afford opportunity for hearing which shall be conducted pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969 as amended being §§24.201 et. seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

(2) In a contested case, the department shall conduct a hearing as provided in Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969 as amended.
