(1) An employer shall establish a regulated area wherever employee exposure to airborne concentrations of EtO may exceed either of the permissible employee exposure limits specified in R 325.51153.

(2) Access to regulated areas shall be restricted to authorized persons.

(3) A regulated area shall be demarcated in any manner that minimizes the number of employees within the regulated area.
